Hannah Miller Ferri is a strategic growth leader with more than 15 years of experience in agriculture, business, and technology. She has built her career developing systems that scale, strengthening client relationships, and ensuring that plans translate into measurable results.

As Director of Growth & Operations, Ferri oversees the structures and processes that allow the company to expand without sacrificing precision. Her work includes aligning internal teams, refining client onboarding, and designing growth strategies that reflect the realities of today’s agricultural economy.

Her background spans corporate strategy, digital marketing, and entrepreneurship, with leadership roles in insurance, agriculture, and community development. She holds a master’s degree in agricultural leadership from Texas A&M University and a bachelor’s in agricultural communications from Tarleton State University.

Based in South Texas, Ferri operates a small farm-to-table beef business and is active in conservation and youth development initiatives. Her work reflects a belief that rural economies thrive when built on practical systems, strong leadership, and disciplined growth.
