What We’re Building Together
It’s easy to get caught up in the day-to-day. There’s always another email to send, another call to hop on, another project that needs our attention. But we try to be intentional about pausing now and then, lifting our heads, checking where we’re going, and making sure we’re still building what we set out to build.
And right now, there’s a lot in the works.
First, our team is getting ready for our first Elite Summit. This isn’t another Zoom call or a stuffy meeting room with stale coffee. It’s a chance for our team to get in the same room, face-to-face, to strengthen the relationships that help us serve you well. We’ll be talking about what’s working, what’s not, and where we want to grow. We’ll share good meals, drink too much coffee, and probably laugh more than we should. We’re excited to step away from our screens for a bit so we can think, plan, and build together in a way that matters.
We’re also continuing to build EA Capital. We started EA Capital because we kept seeing good farms and ranches with solid plans getting stuck, not because of a lack of effort or vision, but because they couldn’t get the capital they needed to move forward. At the same time, we saw folks who wanted to invest in agriculture in a way that actually supports producers — not just another fund with a farm photo slapped on the front.
EA Capital is our way of bridging that gap. It’s private credit for agriculture, built to meet the real needs of producers while giving investors a direct way to support the industry that feeds all of us. It’s about getting producers the financial tools they need to keep building and protecting their legacy.
And if you’ve been following along, you know we’ve been rolling out new podcast episodes every week. We’ve been sitting down with folks who are building, growing, and figuring out how to navigate change in agriculture. From marketing and policy to succession planning and technology, these conversations are rooted in the real experiences of producers and ag business owners. If you haven’t tuned in yet, this is a good time to jump in.
As we head into the rest of the summer, we’re grateful for the trust you place in us. We’re excited to keep working alongside you, building what’s next for agriculture, together.
