This year’s program covers the topics rural business owners ask about most, including ag policy, crop insurance and the Farm Bill, wealth management and alternative financing, succession planning, family legacy, practical uses for AI, and health and wellness for the people who keep operations running. TWO-DAY RETREAT PASS | $799

Your pass covers one person for both days of programming, including breakfast, lunch, an afternoon snack, and drinks. Each attendee, spouses and business partners included, needs a separate pass with their own email address. Hotel booking details arrive by email after purchase.

WHY WE PICKED THE TEXICAN COURT

The most valuable conversations at a retreat rarely happen on a schedule. They happen over morning coffee, between sessions, and around a fire after a long day. We chose Texican Court because it was built for exactly that.

The hotel’s open courtyard, fire pits, and the Canteen restaurant and bar give attendees easy places to gather without leaving the property. On Friday nights, the courtyard comes alive with live music under the string lights. For dinner, dozens of restaurants sit right across the street.

Texican Court is located in the Las Colinas area of Irving, a short drive from DFW International Airport, with complimentary self-parking for our group. It feels like a getaway while keeping everything you need within walking distance.

FAQs

  • Are accommodations included?

    Hotel rooms are booked separately. We’ve reserved a block at Texican Court at a group rate of $159 per night, plus taxes, with the destination fee waived. Call 833.839.4226 and mention Empire Ag Marketing LLC, or use the booking link in your confirmation email. Book before Dec. 23, 2026, to receive the group rate.

  • Can I bring my spouse or family?

    Absolutely. Family members are welcome to stay with you at Texican Court. Anyone attending the sessions or meals needs their own pass, registered with their own email address.

  • Is there a dress code?

    Come as you are. Casual, comfortable clothing works for sessions and evenings alike. Evenings in January can be cool, so bring a jacket for time around the fire pit.

  • What dates should I plan for?

    Programming runs Thursday, Jan. 21, and Friday, Jan. 22, 2027. We recommend arriving Wednesday, Jan. 20, and heading home Saturday, Jan. 23.

  • Is parking available?

    Yes. Self-parking at Texican Court is complimentary for our group. You’ll register your vehicle with a parking code using the QR codes posted in the lot.

  • Can my company sponsor the retreat?
