Empire Ag is seeking a high-caliber operator to serve as our Director of Operations & Growth—a critical leadership role that sits at the intersection of execution and scale. This is an opportunity to help lead a fast-growing, founder-led company that’s redefining how producers think about legacy, finance, and strategy.
You’ll work hand-in-hand with leadership to turn vision into velocity. This role oversees internal operations across Empire Ag Consulting, Empire Financial Services, and Empire Brand Strategy and build systems that support smart growth, and ensures the team and business are aligned and moving in the right direction—every day.

Own and optimize day-to-day operations across Empire Consulting and Empire Financial Services.
Build, refine, and maintain systems that increase efficiency and support scale.
Translate strategy into execution—turning quarterly goals into team-wide action.
Identify growth opportunities and drive cross-functional initiatives that expand our footprint.
Act as the connective tissue between leadership and the broader team—keeping communication tight and momentum strong.
Mentor and empower team members, with a focus on decision-making clarity and leadership development.
Ensure client experience remains seamless by understanding our financial offerings and service lines.
Forecast operational needs, support resource planning, and contribute to long-term business development.

Proven experience leading operations in a service-based or professional environment.
Strategic thinker who thrives on structure, clarity, and meaningful progress.
Skilled at connecting the dots between big-picture goals and daily execution.
Strong communicator and trusted team leader who leads with clarity and confidence.
Deep respect for our core values: integrity, excellence, and service.
Working knowledge of financial language and systems (CPA or financial background a bonus, not a requirement).

We believe in fostering a flexible, and supportive, work environment where modern technology and efficient work arrangements are at the forefront. While the role may require occasional travel for training or special projects, we prioritize work-life balance. We encourage the use of PTO -- because you’ve earned it. Our standard hours are 8:30 - 5:00, Monday through Friday. We observe major holidays.
