Sharon Beach

Sharon Beach brings a proven track record in private equity, investor relations, and strategic capital deployment. As Chief Investment Officer, she leverages decades of expertise to drive investment growth, structure high-performing portfolios, and foster long-term investor partnerships.

Her private placement career began in 2017 when she joined McAlister Investment Real Estate as Vice President of Investor Relations. A year later, she co-founded McAlister Assets, where she played a pivotal role in raising $165 million in capital from institutional investors, family offices, international funds, foundations, and endowments. Her ability to cultivate and manage investor relationships has been instrumental in structuring successful private equity models.

Before entering the investment sector, Sharon built a distinguished 25-year career at Merck & Co., where she held leadership roles across both the animal and human health divisions. Her extensive experience in corporate strategy, market analysis, and stakeholder engagement gives her a unique edge in aligning investment opportunities with long-term value creation.

Beyond finance, Sharon is deeply rooted in agriculture. She operates a working ranch in Parker County, Texas, where she produces hay and raises competitive cutting horses. An active leader in the National Cutting Horse Association, she has served as a Director for more than a decade and chaired the Long-Range Planning and Governance Committees for nine years.
